Activity 19:On January 24, 2023, POP Zambia, represented by Natasha Seketa, Levy Nyirenda, and Lauren Kangwa, organized a tree-planting activity at Kaunda Square Primary School in Lusaka. The session was centered around the theme “True Demonstration of Real Climate Solutions” with the objective of showcasing effective methods for addressing climate change through tree planting. The event saw the participation of 86 school students, and it successfully inspired many learners to become actively involved even beyond their school hours. The session also helped to bridge significant knowledge gaps, providing the students with a better understanding of the impact and consequences of climate change.
