Activity 20:On January 24, 2023, Natasha Seketa, Levy Nyirenda, Bwanali Zimba, Bornwell Lungu, and Lauren Kangwa organized a Tree Planting program at Mumana Primary School. The session focused on building awareness and capacities of 92 school students with the theme of “Building a Positive Mindset.” The primary objective was to cultivate positive attitudes and perspectives in the learners through the practice of tree planting. The event was highly impactful, as many students pledged to become agents of change in their communities and the nation as a whole. As a result of the session, the students agreed to establish a climate club within the school to further champion environmental initiatives.
