In alignment with its mission, POP Movement proudly unveils its prestigious Summer Mentorship Program!

As an entry point into the world of climate action and sustainability, this six to eight week program is deeply rooted in the transformative power of mentorship. Designed for passionate school and university students, it offers a dynamic platform to engage with real-world climate challenges through hands-on projects, expert guidance, and collaborative innovation. Participants will not only contribute meaningfully to impactful initiatives but also refine their leadership potential, creative vision, and global perspective—emerging as empowered advocates for environmental transformation.

At the heart of this initiative lies the mentorship experience itself, which introduces interns to the core principles of environmental leadership while nurturing their unique strengths. Whether developing climate campaigns, contributing to global initiatives, or launching their own projects, mentees take their first steps under the guidance of leaders who have walked the path before—empowering them to grow, lead, and create positive change.

First launched in 2020 as part of the POP Conclave’s Cross Continent Conversations series, the program has since evolved into a cornerstone initiative of the POP Movement. Since its earliest edition, it has brought together young innovators and mentors from around the world, fostering intergenerational learning and inspiring actionable solutions to shared environmental challenges.
