POP Mentors, Vanessa Hernández, Ana Hanhausen, and Philo Magdalene were invited as youth panelists by Earth Odyssey to join their webinar titled, “The Imperative for Sustainable Human Lifestyles” held on January 17, 2021. Earth Odyssey’s vision and mission is to mobilize youth and women to participate actively and contribute to establishing road maps of action in order to secure the future of generations to come. Earth Odyssey is devoted to supporting the concerted and collaborative effort necessary to propel active participation of governments and policy makers in reviving the implementation of the Agenda 21 comprehensive plan of actions for sustainable development.

Moderated by Dr. Mahendra Shah, President Director at Zen Resort Bali, other panellists in the session included Samuel C. Okorie, POP Movement Mentor and Youth Ambassador for Africa; Eugen Oetringer, Senior Analyst, Consultant, Agile Coach  and Innovator; Pragna Vasupal, Head of Events, Green Hope Foundation; Ukpeme Akpan Okon, Ambassador for Peace, author of The Values String; and, Yuri Sanada, Award winning film producer, Brazil. The webinar explored pathways to enable citizen and community-led action at the grassroots for sustainable development.
