On July 25, 2020, Fundación Vida Verde (FUNVIVE) in partnership with the POP Movement organized a webinar on “Climate Change, Economic Development, and Culture” in follow-up to FUNVIVE’s project “Prueba Clima” (Climate test) which works to institutionalize environmental education.

The Global Test on climate change is a public space for learning about earth’s biodiversity, with a purpose to protect the planet through the acquisition of knowledge about climate change, biodiversity, and the environment. The test assesses one’s knowledge about climate change and incentives citizens to create individual consciousness, which can expand to create a collective consciousness. Organized among different organizations in Latin America, this Climate Test is the first step to obtain one’s international certificate of Green Citizenship, with which one can have a greater personal and professional participation towards a sustainable country.

The 70-minute webinar had the participation of both experts and young leaders from Venezuela, México, Chile, and other Latin American countries.
