Sayan Das is a highly skilled and analytical individual dedicated to achieving his goals, with a strong interest in business strategy, development, and climate change. Holding a diploma and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Sayan has completed over 10 internships in climate change, sales, marketing, and supply chain at prestigious institutions like IIT, IIIT, and others.

Actively engaged in volunteering, Sayan has been a delegate at the 11th Young India Challenge, a volunteer at Josh Talks, and a facilitator at the POP Movement in the USA. He has participated in 15+ workshops from renowned institutions, earning 2nd Prize at the Megalith 2020 model exhibition, IIT Kharagpur.

Sayan served as a Business Development Manager at Mayur Bricks (2022-2023) and excelled as a youth leader in the 2023 Kectil Program, receiving a superior performance certificate, fully funded by the Malmar Knowles Family Foundation, USA. Currently, he is the founder and business head of Kapda Karo Recycle, a textile recycling startup based in West Bengal, India, supported by the MSME Department, Govt of West Bengal, and UCO Bank.
