Professor Vukotic, Rector and Founder of the University of Donja Gorica (UDG), is a visionary leader in Montenegro. He founded the Institute for Strategic Studies and Prognoses, the first independent economic institute in the country. As a senior research fellow, he contributes to the Institute of Social Science in Belgrade, Serbia. Professor Vukotic played a pivotal role in economic reforms, serving as Minister for Privatization in the last Government of SFRY. His leadership extends to the presidency of the Board of Directors of the renowned vine company “Plantaze” and the Society of Economists and Managers of Montenegro. He is also the creator of the internationally recognized Postgraduate Studies “Entrepreneurial Economics” and a distinguished member of the Mont Pelerin Society.
