Founder of Manica Youth Assembly (MAYA), a non-profit organization empowering young Zimbabweans to drive environmental protection and public participation. With a focus on environmental and climate justice, gender equality, and economic empowerment, Jussa has mobilized youth action, planting over 7,000 trees, and organizing monthly clean-up events.
