This project builds resilience in households, businesses, and among farmers through the implementation of eco-technologies and a circular economy model. They install ecotechnics at homes, train people on how to use them, and establish a supply chain from homes to farmers and businesses.

This project seeks to solve the accumulation of human-generated garbage in mangroves in order to implement solutions and reduce the waste that is discarded; the accumulation of waste is conducive to impede the flow of water and consequently causes a drought and the loss of flora and fauna that lives there.

The Venezuelan youth is the pillar and future of society.  The future leaders are in the classroom, training to be guarantors of an ecological notion. The main focus of the project is education, promoting youth leadership and environmental awareness.

The Climate Culture Test is an interactive, hands-on learning program, composed of questions and references to promoteclimate protection behaviors in daily life and build a global network of emotional and economic interests focused on climate change. With a global scope, this educational strategy is applied through international organizations and academic institutions, offering certifications. The data resulting from the test is available for use in developing environmental solutions and can help analyze the problem from a unique perspective. It offers environmental entrepreneurs an instrument to strengthen businesses and public bodies and can serve as bases for formulating public policies. For investment organizations on climate issues, the test can offer information on the impact of environmental programs on any population targeted for intervention.

In the state of Chiapas, Mexico, an approximate of 4,000 tons of solid waste is generated daily, most of which comes from the most populated municipalities. There is a need to generate an optimal innovation ecosystem for the use of solid waste in Chiapas, develop products taking advantage of solid waste, reduce the amount of solid waste in public dumps or sanitary landfills, and raise awareness on the importance of solid waste reduction. With these objectives, this initiative seeks to implement recyclers and promote reuse of waste generated from manufacturing and use of consumer goods. It aims to permeate assertive strategies and actions in the population that allow the use of solid waste and promote sustainable industry based on its use. Through the dissemination of this project on social networks, the intention is to promote solid waste management and attract the attention of youth.

Focussing on environmental education in Venezuela, young leaders of POP Venezuela work towards establishing cross-border alliances and developing activities in the form of campaigns, dialogue, discussions, mentoring and workshops using the tools of social media, online meeting platforms, and so on. The overarching aim is to empower young leaders, educate and spread awareness about sustainable lifestyles and showcase the possibility of taking action to counter climate change.

This educational workshop seeks to promote awareness on the importance of water by focussing on the Lake Cuitzeo basin through the game of “buckets and hoses” which is a type of snakes and ladders aimed at children. Through this workshop, students manage to retain and understand the consequences of poor water management in the basin. The game allows the participants to link with environmental problems, enabling a sense of awareness from a young age.

This project works toward the development of an organic pesticide and promote the use of organic products to reduce pollution in the state of Durango. It offers craft workshops and courses on pesticide poisoning and so on, and helps to raise awareness among youth and children by sharing knowledge on the importance of reducing environmental pollution. Furthermore, the aim of the project is to listen to diverse opinions and support the ideas of youth to protect the environment in Durango with small actions on the ground.
