From the Pai Tavytera people, Jaguati community, of the Amambay Department in Paraguay, I would like to share with you about our culture, about the culture of the Pai peoples, we recently culminated with the baptism of children, culturally speaking, here we are always strengthening our culture, the culture of the Pai peoples. For more or less three years we have been strong in our culture again and after the arrival of the nuns who tried to end our culture and we resist. Now again all those in the community have left and we began to perform rituals again, the baptisms of the children and we began to strengthen ourselves again, we are going to continue stronger each time. For our community the environment must be conserved, luckily we do not have monocultures and we are always conserving our rivers, streams, our hills and forests. Always trying to conserve to strengthen our culture because we, the indigenous, have a close relationship with nature. We indigenous peoples are nothing without nature!
