On February 27 and 28, 2021, Caroline Sandberg, POP Youth from the United States, was invited to speak at the 2021 Citizens’ Climate VIRTUAL California Conference. This first ever Citizens’ Climate Lobby state-wide California regional conference convened with many voices and workshops, intending to set the agenda for real movement in tackling climate change. From farmers to entrepreneurs, including policy makers, students, and politicians came together to share their messages of action and commitment in moving from a climate economy to a sustainable future.

Caroline Sandberg has been involved with Citizens Climate Lobby and has lobbied with them in the past. Furthermore, she has been recently involved with a national group named, “Schools for Climate Action" that works to empower youth to speak up for climate action.
