As a part of the climate education and tree planting project, seventh activity was conducted on “Sustainability Does Not Look At Gender” with an objective to remove gender stereotypes in the promotional and sustainability lifestyles with school girls at Munali Girls Secondary School on October 07, 2022 with the support of Ministry of Education Zambia, Needs for Orphans Foundation, United People Global, and UN MGCY by the POP Zambia Initiative facilitating team including Gift Mwanza, Blessington Lweendo, Philip Chilukusha, Mapalo Banda, and Titus Mabuya.

During the activity, the facilitators managed to reach out and educate learners on the impact and consequences of climate change while promoting sustainable living and how they can influence a change they really want. Around 103 school girls were directly impacted and promised to join the POP Zambia.
