POP at IPN Congress
October 7, 2019 - October 11, 2019
POP Movement participated in the 9th National Congress on Climate Change Research and the 1st Latin Congress on Climate Change Research in Mexico City held during October 7-11, 2019. The event was organized and hosted by the “Instituto Politécnico Nacional”.
The POP Movement made a presentation to 40 professors and 60 students led by Dr. Norma Patricia Muñoz Sevilla and Vanessa Anahí Hernández Vázquez mentors of the POP Movement.
The audience was invited to join the movement and to participate in upcoming events, including the World Sustainable Development Forum, YOUTHCAN and the International Conference and Festival for Youth-Led Climate Action, 2020
The presentation highlighted the impact that the POP Movement is making around the world especially by mobilizing and educating youth to take action to Protect our Planet.
