As a part of the climate education and tree planting project, an activity was conducted “Knowledge is Power” with an objective to educate grade eight students at Kamanga Primary School with the support of Ministry of Education in Zambia and Needs for Orphans and United People Global, while addressing the impact and consequences of climate change.

Outcomes: Many learners and teachers joined the POP Zambia Initiative to continue engaging in this work.

Impact: Cleared knowledge gap on climate and other environmental impact. About 200+ school students directly benefited from the education program.
