Summer is an Antiguan-American student, pilot, and climate activist, based in the Virgin Islands. Recently, she started the Sustainable Oceans Alliance (SOA) Virgin Islands Hub, as well as a Caribbean SOA Hub. For the past few years, Summer participated in several initiatives related to youth climate work, including local activities in the Sierra Nevada through Schools for Climate Action, founding the Earth Warriors at Tahoe Expedition Academy.

Summer has participated in several international events including speaking at the POP International Conference and Festival in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico, COY 15, MC at the World Sustainable Development Form in Durango, Mexico, MC, at the POP Ocean Virtual Summit, speaker, WAAS Global Leadership in the 21st Century e-conference speaker, and POP Ocean Youth-Led Action and Advocacy Workshop.
