The Strategic Youth Network for Development (SYND) has convened the Ghana Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) Alliance on Mission 300, reinforcing the important role of civil society in accelerating the country’s transition toward universal energy access and sustainable development.

The Alliance has been established to support the implementation of Ghana’s National Energy Compact under the Mission 300 initiative, fostering collaboration among civil society organizations, development partners, and key stakeholders to expand access to clean, reliable, and affordable energy.

Recognizing that achieving national energy goals requires collective action, the Alliance aims to strengthen advocacy, promote knowledge sharing, and encourage community participation in advancing sustainable energy solutions. By bringing together diverse organizations and expertise, the initiative seeks to contribute to inclusive development while supporting Ghana’s broader climate and sustainable development commitments.

This collaborative effort highlights the growing importance of partnerships in driving the clean energy transition and ensuring that communities, particularly young people, play an active role in shaping a more sustainable and resilient future.
