On April 24, 2021, POP Movement, Venezuela commemorated the International Day of Laboratory Animals inviting everyone to review the companies that mistreat animals to test products, and creating awareness about consumer choices and how they can protect animals, especially the decision not to buy and consume products tested on animals.
