For Sahil Kadol, the journey toward creating a better future began long before he knew what that future would look like. At the age of five, while planting a tree with his grandmother, he discovered something that stayed with him—a simple act of care can become a lifelong purpose.

Sahil is a Social Media Mentor at POP Movement, where he brings together creativity, communication, and youth mentorship to support the organization for climate action. Through social media, digital storytelling, graphic design, video creation, and AI-powered content, he works to turn important environmental ideas into stories that people can understand, connect with, and act upon.

Alongside his environmental work, Sahil is actively working toward a larger purpose: contributing to India’s journey to become a Global Manufacturing Powerhouse by 2047. Through his interests in entrepreneurship, agribusiness, industrial development, and youth empowerment, he explores how India can strengthen local production, create opportunities for its young population, and build a more self-reliant economy. His approach is rooted in the belief that India’s growth can be both ambitious and sustainable—where manufacturing, innovation, and environmental responsibility move forward together.

With a strong foundation in Geography and an ongoing MBA in Agribusiness Management, Sahil brings an interdisciplinary perspective to climate action, sustainable development, youth engagement, and India’s evolving growth story.
