Janani Ramanathan is Secretary General of WAAS and Senior Research Associate at The Mother’s Service Society, Pondicherry, India. She works with educational institutions, implementing active, collaborative, person-centered and values-based education. She is a consultant to non-profit and business organizations, implementing strategies that lead to sustainable growth. Janani is currently engaged in an exploration of the relationship between literature, psychology, history and social development, this project is part of her larger career goal to study the process of social evolution, that in turn leads to a deeper understanding of the principles that govern life.
