H.E. Dr. Rosalía Arteaga

Ecuadorian, the first woman to have held the positions of Constitutional President and Vice President of the Republic of Ecuador. She was the Former Secretary-General of the Amazon Cooperation Treaty Organization and was also Deputy Minister of Culture and Minister of Education. Lawyer, Doctor of Jurisprudence, has a degree in Journalism and MA in Anthropology. Currently, Ms. Arteaga is a member of the World Academy of Art and Science, serves as a member of the Board of the Library of Alexandria in Egypt, and is also a member of honor of the Royal Academy of doctors of Europe, CEO of FIDAL Foundation, and High Commissioner of Panamazonia in Manaus- Brazil. She is also a member of the Advisory Board of International Relations at the University of Miami and a member of the Board of Women Political Leaders WPL.
