Dr. Ludo Diels, a distinguished chemist and biotechnologist, serves as a professor emeritus at Antwerp University and senior advisor on sustainable chemistry at VITO. As a Portfolio Manager at Processes4Planet, he chairs the Mutual Learning Exercise for decarbonization in the European Energy Intensive Industry. Additionally, Dr. Diels holds key positions in advisory boards, including chairing Biorizon and contributing to the World Bio Economy Forum. He’s also a valued member of the Scientific Council at the Nobel Peace Laureates secretariat.
