Dr. Kevin Trenberth

Dr. Kevin E. Trenberth, a Distinguished Scholar at the National Center for Atmospheric Research and honorary affiliate faculty at the University of Auckland, obtained his Sc. D. in meteorology from MIT. His illustrious career includes impactful contributions to IPCC assessments on Climate Change and extensive service to the World Climate Research Programme. A fellow of the American Meteorological Society, the American Association for the Advancement of Science, and the American Geophysical Union, he has received numerous awards, including the AGU Revelle Medal. With over 640 publications, his work has left an indelible mark on climate science.
