On November 14, 2020, Sinergia at Anahuac University, Mexico conducted a leadership conference and workshop on the “Decade of Action”. Sinergia, a department of Anahuac University, is committed to building student leadership in public administration through workshops and entrepreneurial activities. The POP Movement’s Senior Mentor, Dr. Ash Pachauri conducted a one hour session with students from management and research backgrounds focused on the leadership needed to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 2030 Agenda, it´s priorities, strategies, and opportunities. The session emphasized the importance of action by youth and governments and the role of participatory approaches to promote citizen engagement on the road to achieving the 2030 Agenda.
