On October 13, 2021, the POP team invited teachers for training as coaches for the upcoming public speaking and debate competition in Dschang, Cameroon. The training was basically on the rules and regulation of the competition and key tips pertaining to the speech arts. The aim was to prepare the teachers to better coach their team as per the regulations binding the competition. This session was facilitated by Tsague Willy and Jean Pierre, POP volunteers. Seven schools were represented for the workshop.

Outreach: Seven teachers provided adequate knowledge on the rules and regulations binding the biodebate competition and relevant cues on speech arts and climate leadership. Also, the POP movement was broadly explained to them and its objectives, with equally the Biodebate project.
