Agroecological Practices through Backyard Gardening was one of the activities organized for the 2022 African POP FEST, which took place from 5th to 30th June. This activity was organized to demonstrate agro ecological practices to fellow youth and farmers in Lusaka in Ranchdale, Lusaka-Zambia on June 11, 2023.

Outcomes: Encouraged many youths to engage in the cheap farming system which is sustainable.

Impact: Many youths (36) learnt about SDG’s and their importance. The advantage of practising climate smart agriculture and have adopted this system and it is mostly applicable in the Ranchdale area of Lusaka.
