A meeting was held with the Governor of Nuevo Leon, Jaime Rodríguez Calderón at his Palace on June 24, 2019.  The meeting was attended by the Minister of Sustainable Development, Mr. Manuel Vital, Dra. Ruth Reyna, Coordinator Climate Change at the Ministry of Sustainable Development, and Dr. R.K. Pachauri, Dra. Norma Patricia, and Dr. Ash Pachauri of the POP Movement.

A presentation was made on the World Sustainable Development Forum (WSDF) 2019 to be held in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon and the ongoing efforts of the POP Movement and its traction in Monterrey, in particular. The Governor strongly endorsed the efforts of the POP Movement and extended his invaluable support to the WSDF’s upcoming 2019 event.
