By choosing this location, we are aligning our mission with the UAE’s vision of leading the world toward a sustainable future. This launch also pays tribute to the enduring legacy of COP28 and, in particular, to the visionary leadership of H.E. Dr. Sultan Al Jaber. Under his guidance and the bold leadership of the country, the UAE has emerged as a global leader in climate action, setting bold targets and catalyzing innovation for a better tomorrow. To build on this momentum, the POP Movement will host the World Sustainability Dialogues (WSD) in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). These dialogues will bring together global leaders, Nobel Laureates, scientists, practitioners, and sustainability champions to share knowledge, inspire action, and amplify the UAE’s role as a beacon of sustainability on the world stage.
