Organize Your Own Regional POP Festival - Registration Form
Thank you for your interest in organizing a Regional POP Festival as part of our global movement to advance the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Schools, colleges, universities, NGOs, youth groups, and community organizations are invited to organize their own regional festivals focusing on a maximum of two Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Each festival should include multiple activities such as workshops, competitions, exhibitions, awareness campaigns, cultural performances, community engagement, innovation showcases, sports, or volunteer initiatives.
Team Composition Requirements
- Each participating institution (School/College/University) must register one team consisting of a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 15 students.
- Student Eligibility:
1. School Students: Grade 6–12
2. University Students: Undergraduate and Graduate
Mandatory Team Structure (10 Members)
Every team must include the following roles:
- 2 Team Leaders
- 2 Event Managers
- 2 Activity Coordinators & Planners
- 2 Media Persons
- 2 Documentation Persons
If your team has more than 10 students (up to a maximum of 15), the additional members may be assigned to any role except Team Leader.
We encourage institutions to form diverse and inclusive teams, providing opportunities for students with different interests, skills, and backgrounds to contribute meaningfully.
