On the occasion of World Cleanup Day, the POP Cameroon team led a powerful series of activities to inspire youth climate leadership. The event featured a capacity-building workshop on the SDGs and climate leadership, alongside vibrant competitions including the POP Debate and the Public Speaking Contest, where young finalists were recognized with trophies for their eloquence and passion.

A historic milestone was achieved with the creation of the first POP Climate Club in Penka-Michel, West Region of Cameroon. At Delapaix Orphanage, the team engaged orphans in waste management training, instilling climate leadership values, and presented gifts to support sustainable waste management.

Special recognition goes to Tsague Dongfack Willy Endelson, POP Youth Mentor, whose dedication and over seven years of youth leadership experience continue to inspire meaningful action.
