The month of January celebrated as World Environmental Education Day, for that the UBV (Universidad Bolivariana de Venezuela) hold together with students from journalism and communication studies, a series of Virtual Meetings with Journalists and Social Communicators, Activists, Environmental Defenders, Promoters of Sustainable Development and Personalities from Latin America to make their communication work known.

Topic of interest from the students that arose:

• Proposals on the use of the media in the education of the population.
• Social interaction strategies. Features of the environmental source.
• Myths and realities in field or territorial research.
• Techniques for the employment and use of social networks in the exercise of their profession.
• Social communication and the link with remote populations.
