Preparation of biofortifier for organic cultivation of radishes (Raphanus sativus) at home – CIESEM Center for Research and Social, Economic and Market Studies of the private sector, Mexico

Biofortifiers seek to improve the nutrient density of food crops, taking advantage of organic residues. This project focuses on the cultivation of radishes through the production of biofortificants mainly with bagasse, potato peel, banana peel, egg peel etc.
